I was a hairstylist working at one of my favorite salons, married with 4 young kids, and dreaming of all the world's possibilities.

I have always dreamed of starting my beauty brand.
Although, how I landed on this path wasn't how I envisioned it...
Today, I'm on a mission to help other women business owners experience their true authenticity and make their dreams come true.

For over 15 years, I've battled with health issues, was hospitalized, misdiagnosed with an autoimmune disorder, prescribed TONS of medication and eventually labeled as a mystery case.
But throughout it all, Authentically Branded has been beside me, shaping me into the wife, mother, author, business owner, and mentor I am today.
My goal is to show what authenticity looks like in every sense of one's life.

After years of dedicating my time to my favourite salon and growing a steady client base, 2009 marked a momentous shift in my career when I was forced to retire from working behind the chair due to a medical issue. It was a tough decision but one that had to be made for the sake of both my health and well-being.

Retiring from the salon chair at such a young age pushed me to turn to other hopes and dreams that I knew "eventually" I wanted to pursue. One of these was developing my own hair care line, Authentically Branded Hair Care. It began as an idea that gradually progressed into a reality over ten years ago.
We're Live!
I started Authentically Branded with a passion for helping others to enhance their beauty, and it quickly gained traction. Carried in numerous salons across the United States, I saw a need to use the experience I had gathered from my success to begin consulting and mentoring other professionals.
By following the AB Way - my beliefs and values in running a successful beauty business - I was able to help other professionals reach their goals for their business in a unique approach of mine to branding, marketing and salon management.
Hello Skin Care
After Authentically Branded Hair Care's success, I began researching and developing ideas for a natural skincare line. After learning about all the potentially damaging ingredients that could be used in modern beauty and personal care products, it felt important to me that this new collection could align with my values. In 2013 I was proud to launch Authentically Branded Skin Care. This range is free from harsh chemicals and toxins, helping people take better care of their skin through a safer approach to skincare.
Let The Digital Fun Begin
While I felt great accomplishing my lifelong dream of creating my line of beauty products, I hit a roadblock. I had thousands of dollars worth of inventory and didn’t know how to turn the key in order to receive a return on my investment.
I went back to my roots in my higher education in small business entrepreneur and business administration that led me to my micro niche of digital marketing. I did NOTHING but focus on marketing day in and day out. It became a newfound love, and that’s when AB Solutions was born. That was the start of what led to my business consulting agency; starting with beauty professionals, then expanding to small business owners, and the nonprofit sector.
Basically, as a result of my own struggle in brand awareness, sustainability and scaling strategies, it led me to a path where I developed a deep love for all things marketing within my business, and enabled me to help other Authentic Builders of their brand avoid many mistakes I’ve made while given an Authentic Blueprint for their Authentic Business.
Health Crisis
My medical issues worsened, and I ended up being hospitalized six times. I was misdiagnosed with an autoimmune disorder and prescribed a number of medications that did not help improve my situation.
Being frustrated, I looked for natural remedies and holistic approaches to treat my health. While searching, I later discovered yeasts overgrowth and parasites were attacking my body.
Despite trying multiple diet plans, none were beneficial in helping me get better. Months later, I found out that juicing can amazingly cleanse the body and help it return to an alkaline state.
This discovery led me to become more passionate about natural healing processes and pursue a Juicing Certification Program for myself. After achieving the certification, I learned a lot and experienced firsthand the therapeutic benefits of such treatments.
Herbs & Juicing = Life
I hadn't expected to turn my juicing habit into a lifestyle, but that's exactly what happened. I found myself advocating for natural healing approaches, herbology and juice therapy and exploring how I could make them work for me in my own life.
It wasn't long before I created custom herbal remedies and blends, designing and launching Authentically Branded Supplements and our juicer.
Nothing has had such a profound impact on my life since - from physical health to mental well-being, it seems like there is nothing that can't be improved with conscientiousness when it comes to nutrition!
The AB Way Blueprint
The Authentically Branded Institute (ABI) was designed to give everyone the opportunity to express their true authentic selves fully. Looking beyond our external appearances, this revolutionary yet practical blueprint guides females on how to become the best version of themselves. Focusing on the seven pillars of authenticity gives us all a chance to find meaningful fulfillment in our lives and business.
